This apartment, placed in the Madrid Gran Via (Main Street), will allow you a relaxing stay in a very special environment, a walk away from everything that matters downtown. Ideal to lodge a couple, it can be comfortably be used by up to three people. This ample 60 sq. m. apartment will captive the traveller due to it placement next to Madrid Gran Via and the comfort that will provide to your stay. It has a spacious living room fully equipped, comfortable and with details of good taste. It includes a dining area. The apartment offers an independent kitchen with all you need to cook. In addition, the apartment has a sleeping room with a queen side bed, a wide wardrobe and the possibility to add an additional sleeping bed. There is a complete bathroom, with a bathtub. Located in the second floor (it has a lift) of a recently renovated building it is quiet and has plenty of light. It has air conditioned and it is perfectly prepared both for tourist short stays or businesses travellers. Location Very well communicated, a couple of minutes away from Gran Via (lines 1&5) metro station and no more than five from Chueca (line 5). Public (paid) parking space next to the building. Area DescriptionThe location is privileged in Madrid, in Fuencarral Street, next to Gran Vía, in the very historic Madrid. It is a step away from Chueca district and most cultural and tourist amenities downtown (Cibeles Square, Recoletos Alley, Prado Museum…). The quarter has some of the trendiest restaurants in town and, a few minutes away, lively nightclubs. If you are keen on fashion shops, Fuencarral stores open to some of the youngest designers in Madrid, while boutiques in Almirante are a more secure bet. . |
