Apartament Description
From its balconies, opening to one of the most notorious streets of Madrid, you will enjoy a nice panorama of Madrid. This 55 sq m. apartment, next to the Plaza de España, is able to lodge up to four people with all comfort.
Located in a third floor of a building distant only a few meters from Plaza de España de Madrid, the apartment has a living room with a sofa-bed. A pretty balcony opens to the well-known Princesa Street, giving access to the natural light into the flat. Next to the living room, it’s the kitchen with a dining area.
The sleeping-room, with double bed and another TV set, also has a balcony to Princesa Street. The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub and conditioned air in the living room and the dormitory.
The building, in good state of conservation, has an elevator, although there are 20 steps to have access to it. There is access handicapped persons.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Area Description
Either for tourism or businesses, the location of this apartment between the district of Argüelles and approaching the centre, places you in heart of the city, but located already in an area more residential, kept away from noises and nuisances.
The quarter has its tourist attractions, like the Plaza de España, Gran Via, Debod Temple or, a few minutes walking, the Royal Palace and Theatre. In the area there are also a good number of restaurants, taverns and tapas bars.
Very close to subway stations Ventura Rodriguez and Plaza España, both in line 3. An endless number of city busses pass by Princesa Street. Public paid parking space in the vicinity. |
