Apartament Description

This apartment in the well known Princesa Building will make you feel in a singular place of Madrid. The charming studio, able to lodge up to three or four people, is minutes away from main cultural attractions in the city.

Located in emblematic Princesa Building, the lodgement is an ample and luminous studio, with different atmospheres distributed with rationality and harmony. The spacious living room, where you can relax during daytime, turns at night into a great sleeping room, furnished with a double beds and a futon (1 or 2 people).
The kitchen has all the services, and the bath is complete, including a bath tub.

Views from the apartment are great, with a superb panoramic of Royal Palace and most of the historical center of Madrid. A lot of natural light comes in through the three windows.
The building has private security, with TVCC and door keeper all 24 hours around. The studio is in the 12th floor.

Location

A minute away from the metro stations Plaza España or Ventura Rodriguez (both in Line 3 / 10). Excellent city bus connections (the touristic bus has a stop a minute away).

Area Description

The building is next to emblematic Plaza de España (Spain Square), Debod Temple   with its famous Madrid Tower and España Building. Five minutes ago from Royal Palace, Opera Theater or Almudena Cathedral. Close to Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. In the very same square, there is an endless number of restaurants, supermarkets and movie theaters. There is a Public Parking in the basement of the building and with direct access.

Very close to subway stations Ventura Rodriguez and Plaza España, both in line 3. An endless number of city busses pass by Princesa Street. Public paid parking space in the vicinity.
